How do mutual aid agencies work?
If they don't have the WearARMR app, you can add mutual aid first responders (going through rehab) or evaluators (working at rehab) quickly on-scene for that one incident.
If they have the WearARMR app, their integration works exactly the same as one of your personnel as they're already in the system.
What do we need to get started?
A signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is all you need to get access to the app!
Next comes training your agency using the training presentation embedded in the app.
Does it require internet?
Yes, the app requires an internet connection (cell service, wifi) to function and securely store HIPAA data.
